The only room in the hotel where the beds can be arranged as either Twin or Double. The room features a French balcony. One child aged 0–3 years can be accommodated on an extra bed. Room size — 25 m². We accept Visa, MasterCard, and MIR cards.

Room One is suitable for families as well as for two friends or colleagues — the king-size bed (180×200 cm) can be separated into two single beds (90×200 cm). Upon request, a baby cot for children aged 0 to 3 years can be provided.
