Dear Guest!

The administration and staff of The Cult Hotel and Restaurant are pleased to welcome you to our Hotel. We would like to bring to your attention the following information regarding the rules in force at the Hotel.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the “Rules of Hotel Services in the Republic of Belarus,” approved by the resolutions of the Council of Ministers of Belarus, the “Rules for Staying in Hotels of the Republic of Belarus,” approved by the resolutions of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Belarus, and the “Rules for the Stay of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Republic of Belarus,” approved by the resolutions of the Council of Ministers of Belarus, taking into account the specific requirements of a private establishment.

1.2. These Rules regulate the relationship between the Hotel (“The Cult”) and the Guest (citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens, stateless persons, legal entities) when providing hotel services.

1.3. Hotel services include the provision of rooms for temporary accommodation and additional services.

1.4. Additional services include catering, household, tourist, and other paid and/or complimentary services.

1.5. The Hotel Rules, fire safety instructions, and information about services offered to Guests are available at the reception desk.

1.6. The Guest Book for comments and suggestions is located at the reception desk on the 2nd floor and is provided upon request.
